Since 2007, Lili Cuca has been developing illustration and drawing projects along with
interventions in urban space. Her quest is to rearrange public places into images, turning
them into ‘moments in space’ in which (..) human feelings, emotions and the feminine will
be revealed.
Her work is known for the quality of the social and human relationship that she cultivates in
many of her projects, which enabled her to make a name for herself on a national
(Colombia) and international scale. Her work as an urban artist led to her becoming a well-
known name in foreign countries such as Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, the United States, Spain,
Cuba, Mexico, … Invited as a guest artist, she has been an active player in many urban art
festivals and various art projects.

Extending from her experience developed in Colombia, she has also played a part in
several community-oriented design projects with residents of some of these foreign
countries, making Lili Cuca a definite Colombian reference in urban art(..) and one of the
most influential women in the development of this scene.
